A Journey Built on Knowledge and Purpose
I began massage education in 2013 in North Carolina, where I received a solid foundation in spa and therapeutic practices. In 2025, I completed additional rigorous training at the Center for Neurosomatic Studies in Clearwater, FL, a program known for its advanced, anatomy-based approach to pain and dysfunction.
My commitment to growth didn’t stop there. In 2026, I continued to deepen my specialization by attending Myofascial Release seminars, strengthening my expertise in one of the most effective modalities for chronic tension and structural imbalance.
Through these skills, my mission is clear: to help clients find relief from chronic pain, improve mobility, and understand their bodies in a new and empowering way.
Whether you’re seeking relief from long-term pain, looking to improve posture and function, or simply want a knowledgeable and intuitive approach to therapeutic massage, I offer you a thoughtful and effective path forward.

At TherapyWorks Clinical and Wellness Massage, we believe that massage therapy is an integral part of a healthy lifestyle. Our philosophy is centered around the idea that the mind, body, and spirit are interconnected, and that holistic therapies like massage can help to heal and balance all three.
